La empresa multinacional en formación SpaceArch Solutions International, LLC, con domicilio legal en Miami, Estados Unidos, se encuentra iniciando operaciones en la República Argentina, específicamente en la ciudad de Mar del Plata, Provincia de Buenos Aires.
Con tal propósito, se están realizando instalaciones operativas y técnicas en el local N.º 139 de la Galería Central, ubicada en la intersección de Avenidas Independencia y Luro.
HECHOS
- Ingreso no autorizado
En fecha de hoy, poco después de las 19:00 horas, al ingresar al local mencionado, se constató la presencia de una factura de la empresa EDEA colocada sobre una de las sillas del interior de la oficina.
Este hecho constituye prueba material directa de que una o más personas ingresaron al local sin autorización, utilizando llaves cuya posesión no estaba habilitada para tal fin.
- Personas con acceso previo a llaves
Las únicas personas que trabajaron previamente dentro del local y a quienes se les facilitó un juego de llaves por razones operativas y de comodidad laboral, fueron:- Jhonatan – Tel: +54 9 223 126876

- Indicio directo de ingreso previo
Hace dos días, el señor Jhonatan envió un mensaje vía WhatsApp que decía textualmente:
“Che, qué buen plóter el de la pared. Muy bueno.”
Este comentario es objetivamente incompatible con la realidad física del lugar, dado que:
- El plóter no es visible desde el exterior del local.
- El mencionado no se encontraba presente al momento de su instalación.
- Ninguna otra persona autorizada ingresó al local ni pudo haberle transmitido dicha información.
Este hecho constituye un indicio claro, previo y verificable de ingreso no autorizado al interior del local.
- Vínculo con tercero ajeno a la empresa
La factura de EDEA encontrada en el interior del local está a nombre del Sr. Alejandro Gabriel Torres, propietario del local N.º 141 (Sex Shop), quien además fue propietario anterior del local 139, posteriormente vendido a SpaceArch Solutions International, LLC.
La presencia de dicha factura dentro de nuestra oficina implica contacto directo o indirecto entre el Sr. Alejandro Gabriel Torres y el Sr. Jhonatan, sin autorización ni conocimiento de esta empresa.
GRAVEDAD DEL HECHO
No se trata de un hecho menor ni de un simple ingreso indebido.
Dentro del local se encuentra:
- Una computadora con información altamente clasificada, que no pudo ser protegida a tiempo debido a la etapa inicial de instalación.
- Activos intelectuales, estratégicos y tecnológicos críticos.
A modo ilustrativo y no limitativo:
- Una sola unidad tecnológica del sistema “SpaceArch – New NASA” posee un equity potencial estimado en USD 70.000 millones.
- El equity proyectado total del ecosistema SpaceArch asciende a aproximadamente USD 4 billones (trillions).
El CEO de la compañía se encuentra actualmente trabajando de manera temporal en la ciudad y forma parte de una iniciativa privada internacional de inversión de altísima escala hacia la Argentina.
ANTECEDENTE DIRECTO
En esta misma seccional policial, ya se realizó una denuncia previa en el año 2023 por ingreso indebido y robo de información, en aquel caso vinculada a un proyecto con proyección de facturación anual de USD 300.000 millones. Y nada se investigó.
La reiteración de hechos de esta naturaleza configura un patrón de riesgo sistémico incompatible con cualquier estándar mínimo de seguridad jurídica para la inversión extranjera.
EXIGENCIA Y ADVERTENCIA INSTITUCIONAL
Lo manifestamos con absoluta claridad:
- Exigimos acción inmediata, efectiva y verificable, conforme a derecho.
- Exigimos garantías reales de seguridad física, jurídica y operativa.
En caso de repetirse la inacción, tal como ocurrió en el antecedente de 2023:
- SpaceArch Solutions International, LLC cesará sus operaciones en la Argentina.
- Se notificará de inmediato a toda nuestra red internacional de inversores, empresas asociadas y contactos estratégicos que retiren o congelen cualquier proyecto en el país, por inexistencia de condiciones mínimas de seguridad.
- El hecho será comunicado formalmente a la Secretaría de la Presidencia de la Nación, junto con los antecedentes documentados.
Nuestras operaciones son públicas, y precisamente por ello se ha intentado acceder y sustraer información confidencial.
Si el Estado no puede o no quiere garantizar seguridad, entonces no debe volver a solicitar inversiones extranjeras.

FORMAL COMPLAINT FOR UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY, SECURITY BREACH, AND CRITICAL RISK TO STRATEGIC INFORMATION
The multinational company in formation SpaceArch Solutions International, LLC, with legal domicile in Miami, United States, is currently initiating operations in the Argentine Republic, specifically in the city of Mar del Plata, Province of Buenos Aires.
For this purpose, operational and technical installations are being carried out at Premises No. 139 of Galería Central, located at the intersection of Independencia Avenue and Luro Avenue.
FACTS
1. Unauthorized entry
On today’s date, shortly after 7:00 p.m., upon entering the above-mentioned premises, the presence of an electricity bill issued by EDEA was found placed on one of the chairs inside the office.
This fact constitutes direct material evidence that one or more persons entered the premises without authorization, using keys whose possession was not authorized for such purpose.
2. Persons with prior access to keys
The only individuals who had previously worked inside the premises and who were temporarily provided with a set of keys for operational convenience were:

3. Direct indication of prior unauthorized entry
Two days ago, Mr. Jhonatan sent a WhatsApp message stating verbatim:
“Hey, the wall plotter is really good. Very nice.”
This comment is objectively incompatible with the physical reality of the premises, given that:
- The plotter is not visible from outside the premises.
- Said individual was not present at the time of its installation.
- No other authorized person entered the premises nor could have conveyed such information to him.
This constitutes a clear, prior, and verifiable indication of unauthorized entry into the premises.
4. Link to a third party external to the company
The EDEA bill found inside the premises is issued in the name of Mr. Alejandro Gabriel Torres, owner of Premises No. 141 (Sex Shop), who was also the former owner of Premises No. 139, later sold to SpaceArch Solutions International, LLC.
The presence of said bill inside our office implies direct or indirect contact between Mr. Alejandro Gabriel Torres and Mr. Jhonatan, without authorization or knowledge of this company.
SEVERITY OF THE INCIDENT
This is not a minor event, nor a simple unauthorized entry.
Inside the premises there is:
- A computer containing highly classified information, which could not be adequately secured due to the early stage of installation.
- Critical intellectual, strategic, and technological assets.
By way of illustration, and without limitation:
- A single technological unit of the “SpaceArch – New NASA” system has an estimated potential equity value of USD 70 billion.
- The total projected equity of the SpaceArch ecosystem amounts to approximately USD 4 trillion.
The CEO of the company is currently working temporarily in the city and is part of a large-scale international private investment initiative directed toward Argentina.
DIRECT PRECEDENT
At this same police station, a prior complaint was filed in 2023 for unauthorized entry and theft of information, at that time linked to a project with an annual projected revenue of USD 300 billion. No investigation was carried out.
The repetition of events of this nature establishes a systemic risk pattern that is incompatible with any minimum standard of legal security required for foreign investment.
DEMAND AND INSTITUTIONAL WARNING
We state this with absolute clarity:
- We demand immediate, effective, and verifiable action, in accordance with the law.
- We demand real guarantees of physical, legal, and operational security.
Should inaction be repeated, as occurred in the 2023 precedent:
- SpaceArch Solutions International, LLC will cease its operations in Argentina.
- Our entire international network of investors, partner companies, and strategic contacts will be immediately notified to withdraw or freeze any project in the country, due to the absence of minimum security conditions.
- This matter will be formally reported to the Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation, together with all documented background.
Our operations are public, and precisely for that reason attempts have been made to access and misappropriate confidential information.
If the State cannot or does not wish to guarantee security, then it should never again request foreign investment.
“I request that express record be made of the risk to strategic information and the precedent of 2023 without investigation.”
